- Request nursing staff to organise outpatient / community nursing.
- If it is not organised, or you want extra brownie points, you can do the following.
- Fill out the following form and request nursing staff to fax it to triple i hub.
- Go to PowerChart -> Orders ->Triple-i-hub referral.
- This includes drains, catheters, and dressing changes.
